NPC-14: Velouté

Velouté is quite the culinary genius. Aged only 24, he opened his gourmet restaurant Prime Cut straight out of culinary school. Focusing on bringing out the natural flavors of meat rather than hiding them under layers of spice and convoluted cooking methods, the restaurant quickly gained popularity and became the #1 steakhouse on Pandora - eventually attracting the attention of some rather dangerous clients. 

When not running the restaurant, Velouté spends his time researching recipes and ingredients to sell to sponsors, often meeting them at his own restaurant to make business deals and supply drop offs.
